Overview


Empowering Lasting Leadership Excellence, or ELLE is a unique program designed around a hybrid delivery model. Participants will gather in-person at regional locations for face-to-face cohort learning. Instructors will present to them using interactive virtual technology, combined with additional virtual café chats over the program  year for additional networking & mentoring opportunities with other women from across Canada. We know from research and experience that when women work to support each other, incredible gains can be made.


Virtual peer groups for more in--depth discussions with other women in agriculture and agri-food businesses across Canada to maximize learning, growth and relationship building will also be available.


ELLE has been designed to overcome the challenges busy women have. Learn from respected and experienced instructors within a flexible program to become the successful business leader you are meant to be.

Join us on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 6 p.m MDT for E.L.L.E Webinar: 4 Secrets to Setting Boundaries that Work with Aly Pain.

This webinar is for all women working in Canadian Agriculture. We will cover what boundaries are, and the mindset required to hold them. We will discuss setting boundaries with employees and specific scripts to use in situations so you feel empowered to start setting healthy boundaries right away.

ELLE Café Chats

As a prelude to the upcoming Empowering Lasting Leadership Excellence (ELLE) program to take place this fall, ELLE Café Chats have been happening monthly.  These one hour sessions are driven by the participants, where they themselves choose the topic for the next month.  These are engaged, vibrant and lively discussions with other women across Canada.  Topics to date include managing stress, sharing tools and ideas for best office management practices, and how to best manage being in business with partners and family.
